Youth scuba camps are immersive programs designed to teach kids and teens the fundamentals of scuba diving or continuing education in a safe, supervised, and exciting environment. These camps offer hands-on training, certification opportunities, and the chance to explore marine life up close. Beyond diving skills, youth scuba camps foster confidence, teamwork, environmental awareness, and a sense of adventure, making them fantastic opportunities for personal growth and unforgettable experiences.
Below I will share links to the many camps/programs we are aware of most in Florida as I have not traveled too far beyond—-YET. Some we have personal experience, some we have spoken with or met the individuals in charge and others we are just providing a resource for youth divers and their families that can be found all in one place!

Attending scuba and marine science camps has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. What started as a curiosity about the oceans and waterways turned into a journey of self-growth, unforgettable memories, and a deeper understanding of the world beneath the waves.
These camps didn’t just teach me how to dive—they taught me how to be confident, responsible, and independent. From early morning dives to hands-on marine biology lessons, each day pushed me out of my comfort zone and into new adventures. I learned how to work as part of a team, take care of my gear, and respect the powerful environment I was exploring.
Along the way, I made incredible memories with people who shared my passion. Whether we were laughing on the boat, spotting sea life underwater, or studying coral up close, or even doing experiments on land every moment felt exciting and meaningful.
More than anything, these camps are helping to shape who I am—not just as a diver, but as a person. They gave me the confidence to take on challenges, the curiosity to keep learning, and a strong connection to the world’s waterways that will stay with me forever.
This summer I am excited to embark on several new adventures. I unfortunately had to cancel one of my first trips do to injury but have every intention of making up for it on the others! I can’t wait to meet new friends, see new places and even visit places I have been before and loved.
Join me or good luck finding your own memories and camp to call home!
